In case a product is defective, you should contact the company via email and attach a photo of the defective product within 10 days of receipt of the goods so that it can be replaced.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A PRODUCT:
In case of non-receipt of the product(s), the amount of the deposit agreed in the order confirmation will be retained.
In case of cancellation of the order, the amount of the deposit agreed upon in the confirmation will be kept. This will happen in case the cancellation exceeds 10 days from the registration of the order.
